Should I go to the USAFA?

I am currently a female my late teens and for some reason joining the military is something i always wanted to do. There is something about the Air Force in particular that interests me the most. I love math and science and i definatly enjoy a challenge. Right now im considering going to the Air Force Academy after i graduate from high school, but this is something no one in my family aproves of. They all ask me "why?" and they think that if i join the USAF ill be commiting the biggest mistake of my life. I do not have any "problems" or wish to join simply for money or anything like that. If i honestly could i have the opportunity to go to any other college and i know i have many other career options if i wished. Nothing really caught my attention though. I tried imagining myself pursuing another career and i just cant see it. I dont want to do something 'normal' i want something exciting and risky, and when i learned about the USAFA i have never felt so excited and sure about wanting something. Right now I'm in the JROTC program at my school which is a leadership program based on the military. I love marching and the uniforms. I dont care about the yelling or how tough the basic training will be, but i just want to know from others if anyone has regretted joining the military? You think i should just stick with another career? My siblings constantly try to tell me that the military just try to "Brainwash" people, and that im too bright to fall for something like this. Do you agree? If you have or currently are in the Air Force, what do you think? What about the Air Force Academy? By the way i was thinking that if i join the military, I just want to do something technical. I dont wish to actually get in the war itself. Just thought that can help. I have been riding cow horses now for a few years. And i look around at all the good horseman and they always know so much about the bloodlines. I was wondering of there is any way to find out what bloodlines are amazing and if there are any problems with bloodlines. Like if you cross one horse with another is it a bad cross. It is perfectly okay to keep in a field...im 5'4 and my horse is 16 hands...i would look in your local paper or on craigslist.com..they are not hard to come by & there is a lot of amazing horses in your budget range....you just need to have a good water source for your horse....I would also suggest taking someone that does have a lot of experience with horses with you to buy a horse..when looking for a horse first look at his ears if they are layed back that is bad it shows bad tempered if his ears are standing up that shows and interest and that is what you want..You need to ask to see the horse in action a lot of problems will go unnoticed unless the horse is being ridden or worked..my best advice to someone new to horses is "if it doesn't look right if probably isn't"...you also want a calm horse not an easily excited one..i would suggest getting an older horse..breeds don't really matter, I have a Thoroughbred(used mostly for racing,jumping,&polo) and he is very good with small kids and i taught one of my friends how to ride on him...i would suggest if small kids or anybody really is riding the horse that they wear a helmet cause accidents do happen, it doesn't have to be a fancy helmet just a simple bike helmet works but you don't have to tho...

hard to believe at 132 that you need to lose much weight, but anyways it's your choice. And anything that gets your heart pumping faster, anything that makes you move and sweat will help you lose weight. Honestly you wont be able to get up at 5am to jog for an hour, then 45 minute sprint, then elipticle for 45min, jump rope for 30min , and punching bag 30 min, thats like a professional athletes cardio lol(not really but wtv) unless you have VERY VERY good cardiovascular indurance you wont be able to, i'd say youd be alright with 1hr in total, since your still young and you dont wanna use up all ur time on that.. have a good summer, and remember to have fun!

I'm torn between the Double Eagle M3 multi shot shotgun and the Tactical Force TF11. The DE is reliable, cheaper, and the shells are cheap. The TF11 has sheer firepower and fps. Year and a half.... Weight loss zero?

I've been trying for a year and a half to lose weight... And I've tried every diet under the sun. Atkins, weight watchers, slimming world, cabbage soup the list goes on. So I changed my mind and started to change my eating habits to see if this would work, but to make dismay nothing happened. In conjunction with this I go to the gym 5 days a week go swimming once a week go running 3 times a week and do Zumba 3-4 days a week.... So I can't see why I'm still 15 stone.... First off do not shop at Kroger full time prices on many items are kind of high. If they double Coupons then use them. I shop at Aldi they have a limited variety mostly their house brands, but milk is $1.99 per gallon and eggs are .89 per doz. at the store close to me. C. that we both live right on a busy road and maybe she is smelling the car exhaust. and D. smoke rises. the last thing I wrote was the times and dates of some previous banging noises and asked that they stop. about 2 days later we had another letter from her stating that she is definatly smelling our cigarette smoke and that the banging is happening when she smells us smoking. SO, I have talked to the property manager, she is fed up with the psycho, I have emailed HER boss twice with no response. I can't catch the banging on camera because it is at the most random times. I don't want to get the police involved only because having been raised by a cop I know they have better **** to do with their time than knock on doors and smell for cigarettes. Even if I do call them she will probably make up some B S story about how it is all in our heads and we smoke (Crazy people can make up some really believable stories when they need to, I dated a few...) Go on a 40minute speed walk every night or a jog 4 days out of a week. Its really good for the lungs an heart. I go walking every night with my sister even if we had a fight or don't feel like it, we both just listen to iPods on the walk. Why can't I lose weight when I've been busting my butt?!?!?

I'm a 36 yr old female, 5'3, 169lbs. I have been eating low carbs (my carbs come from fruit, vegetables, and some low carb pitas) and doing zumba 6 days a week for almost 7 weeks now. I've lost 11lbs, but for some strange reason NO inches. About 5 yrs ago I did low carb (Atkins) and lost 50lbs in 3 months without any exercise at all! Over the years I was always able to fall back into low carb to lose winter weight. I'm becoming very frustrated and discouraged. I have not had more than 20-30 carbs in one day, and probably eat about 1200-1500 calories. I drink about 70 ounces of water, I don't consume any caffeine at all, and I take fish oil, and vitamin B complex. Is there anyone out there that could have a suggestion for me? I know your only supposed to lose 2lbs a week, but like I said, I've been doing this on and off for 5 yrs and usually atleast lose 20lbs in the first 3 weeks. I know I'm getting older, but the Zumba kicks my a$$, so you'd think the fat would be melting away! Any one with advice would be great! Thanks so much :)

Bug bite that is painful?

I woke up last night with my shoulder hurting that I was sleeping on and when I felt it, it definatly felt swollen so I went and looked at it and I had several bites on my shoulder and it was swollen badly and red. You should do a lot of cardio first to lose the fat. Then start to add in weight lifting, etc and eat more protein. Increase the amount and intensity of the chest exercises as you get better. Then, when you have your ideal body, keep the level of difficulty constant, unless your chest starts to get too big. All my vegetable plants' leaves seem to be steadily shrinking down to nothing. Whats going on?

I have several vegetable plants that I have in my garden. I have bean plants, okra, lemon gourd, bitter lemon and even papaya. All these plants we have grown well every year with great success. I live in Texas. They have all prospered despite the heat and I water them very well twice a day. I've seen leaves bigger than sombreros in the past. Now, for the first time it seems that these plants are shrinking. Their first leaves are all very large and healthy, but now it seems the leaves on the vines are shrinking gradually until the vine has no leaves at all. I have created a very strong structure with several strings that line it for support. The vines have plenty of support, plenty of sunlight, plenty of water, and I personally till the soil before I plant with various fertilizer and keep them well fertilized throughout their life spans. I am 69 years old and have grown plants since I was 8 in both India and America. I've never seen this problem before. We had some hail about 3 weeks ago but the leaves that could have been affected by it have already grown and are perfectly normal. Also, with the variety of my plants, I don't think it is a form of bug, but I am not discounting anything. Please respond. It hurts me to see my plants dying off like this. Some of my bitter lemons grew 2 feet long. I haven't even seen them that big in India. Now they stop growing at 4 inches. Please help.

Feeding too much or little?

My gelding is stall kept. Has too until he is sold, and crawls under the wire fencing. Yes the fence is on, do not know if he's getting shocked or anything. Didn't have that problem with the last owner. Thing is he does get hay and water and half a scoop of Horseman's edge 12% of sweet feed. I switched his feed because he got the southern states brand of textured feed which was the cheapest crappy feed. He's a lean pony, not going to get any fatter, doesn't need to be obese. I just need him staying at a healthy weight. My papa told me I wasn't giving him much hay and giving him too much feed. I do ride him every day and he's out for 2-3 hours, I ride him for an hour. I am trying to eat healthily and break my habit of craving for sugar. At the moment I am following a diet plan for which I don't exceed 24g of sugar. Does a pregnancy sag still grow after miscarriage?

i went for a scan at 6 weeks and the doctor said everything was fine no concerns as i was spotting a bit. 2 weeks later i have had no bleeding or cramping and the scan showed a pregnancy sac with no baby inside. i had an internal and external examination. they told me it was a miscarriage yet the pregnancy sac had got alot bigger in size from the last scan at 6 weeks. they had advised surgery to remove it but im not 100% convinced the baby has died as why would my sac still be growing aswell as my belly? it seems early to be showing but it is definatly a pregnant bump and hard. this is my 2nd pregnancy and the 1st went fine with no problems.

Horrible experience with rabbits! Help!?

Well, we had two adopted rabbits that we got fairly young. We got them both together, and they seemed to get along fairly well for the time we had them. We fed them vegetables, pellets, let them run and hop around, gave them a large space for their cage so they had room to stretch and move still, petted them, cleaned their area often. They were also both neutered/spayed (one male, one female). It was fairly easy to deal with the both of them. Then, we got another bunny who wasn't adopted, because we thought that they would get along very well with it. This bunny is a tiny baby, and adorable as can be. An all black little lop ear. x3 He seemed so curious about the other two bunnies, so we tried bonding them and seeing how they reacted to one another. He started to binky, which we thought it was a good sign, but then the other male tried to attack him, and the girl bunny seemed disinterested in him, so we decided to put the baby bunny in a separate area next to theirs. The older male rabbit tried to claw at and lunge at the baby rabbit still and tried to get out of his cage to get to him, and about a week ago, he suddenly died while still facing the area where the baby bunny's cage was. We were so confused by this because we still gave them all equal attention, let them run around, and we make sure they have plenty of food and water. Now that the older male is gone, we tried to see how the female and the new rabbit got along, and at first it seemed to be going well, but now there seems to be a problem. She's lunged at him a couple of times and acts aggressively toward him. We don't know what to do.... Help?

Tips on training a 4 month old rotti/shepard mix!!?

Okay so i offered to train my friends dog, I am fairly good at dog training, (I have fully trained around 10 dogs in my life... I am only 15 and definatly not a pro) Anyway i am not the type of person to give up so i am trying EVERYTHING! Okay so lets name his problems! He is definatly a biter, he will bite you if constantly, I have tried shutting his mouth and holding it, pushing under his tongue, holding his mouth opened, snapping his leash, yelling ow, ignoring it, spraying him with water, putting bad scents and tastes on my skin, but everything i do he just come back and bites you as soon as you are done! I need help with that for sure! Also barking! he will bark none stop, they have tried a bark collar, i have tried spray bottle, leash snapping, yelling quiet, trying to distract him, cloling his mouth... nothing works with this dog! Need help with that also! He is doing pretty good with everything else, he is house trained, knows come, sit, paw... I am working on lay down, perfecting a sit, walking on a leash ect... What should i teach him next? Also every dog i have ever trained i have also trained them a bit of agility to burn energy and just for fun you know? but i have not very much expiirience with this breed, but love a challenge.. Would this breed be okay for jumping? Rotti's are pretty stalky, and he looks mostly like one maybe a bit thinner, would this hurt his joints? Also i already know about not starting them until they are 6 months, and only doing it once a week until they are 1 year. Thanks ALOT!!!

Should I take honors math?

When considering what colleges to go to, I want to go to the lowest of the ivys or second tier, like boston college or NYU, etc. Now i think i could get an A or an A- in honors Pre Calculus but I will definatly get an A in regular math because i have a 98 average in the regular math course this year. Hungry at night, cramps and belly movements?

Could any of this mean anything? The belly movements actually feel like a baby squirming and kicking! I'm on the coil and not due on, definatly not pregnant as I had a test had the doctors because the movements were scaring me. How to get a flat belly?

I'm 18 and completely changed my eating habits and work out schedule since the year has started. I weighed in at 171lbs Jan. 1st now I'm at 140lbs.I am 5'9. I don't drink any soda pop, eat fast food or fattening foods. I drink 8 glasses of water everyday. 3-4 servings of fruits and vegetables, special k cereal. I run 4-5 times a week for 45 mins+. I do every abdominal exercise, and still no six pack. I've even tried supplements like Animal Cutz and Black Lipo 6. What am I doing wrong?

honestly i don't think you are if you have any worries consult a doctor but the reason for the line after 9 hours is bc it was left to dry once left to dry an evaporation line can appear so i wouldn't worry about it to much if the others were negative and that one was at first to most test say after 5-10 mins the test results are not conclusive... so during the first 2 to 5 mins thats the correct result! good luck!

no it sounds good. youll probably gain lots of muscle from ur work-out,but it might be good to cut out the cardio workout and the jogging or the sprinting. cut out only 2 of those things, but do NOT cut out the jump rope. jump rope is great for getting in shape. and ur meal plan is perfect. just be careful to not over-work urself.

Is there an alternative to getting rid of vegetable scraps?

I use fresh fruits and vegetables on a regular basis and all the scraps get thrown away. I have no use for a compost bin or worm farm because I don't have a garden, and I have absolutely no desire to start one. Is the landfill my only other option?

Need some ideas for a three part story?

Basically i'm making a three part trilogy about Angels and Demons battling each other. The first book is like these Demons invaded Heaven and begin attacking inside Heaven but the hero of the story stops them along with other Angels. The leader tells them before he dies that Lucifer is rising up again and no one can stop him. The second book takes place a few months after the attack but this time a Human stole the Scroll of the Lamb and is releasing the Horsemen (Death, Famine, Pestilence, War) on Earth and they must track them down and seal them again. The final book is basically an all out war between Heaven in Hell, the Demons break into Heaven and the hero must find the sword of the Apocalypse(made it up), it's the only sword that can harm Lucifer, but the hero discovers he's Jesus so he has to fight his archenemy, Damien the son of Lucifer. I was wondering what to call this trilogy and if i should amke mroe after these three are done. any ideas?

Carpets in car are wet! How to get rid of the water?

I own a Pontiac G6 2005. Yesterday when i went outside to go to work my passenger side was flooded. My drain tube from my sunroof was disconnected so i reconnected it and everything seemed to be fine. I steam cleaned my carpet to get the extra water out and let it sit with the windows open and it appeared to be dry. I went out this morning and it is still wet. Not soaken but there is definatly still water in my carpet. Could there still be water under the carpet? Im hoping there isnt another leak but i wont know unil i can get my carpet completly dry! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!

First of all I've had traumatizing sexual experiences as a child. I'm learning to cope with my past and troubles. I've been to counciling, but not for addiction. I also used drugs like LSD, mushrooms, and weed before I realized my past and all that stuff came to my awareness (conscience). The world of drugs has led me to mind control and using some methods and techniques on myself (if possible), I've been using techniques like anchoring, re-framing, re-imprinting, behavioral modification (negative and possitive reinforcement), and swish pattern on myself instead of others to try and get desired results. I definatly think this is the wrong path but nothing really hits home so to speak. Any advice would be appreciated.

Exercise & Meal schedule?

Hi. 5 days a week working out is great, and working out for about an hour or so is best. 45 mins of cardio and 30 mins strength training. You are already off to a good start. Honestly, fruit is great for you, but, it does have a lot of sugar. Keep fruits to maybe just an apple a day. Carrots, broccoli, Raw Spinach (Great fat burner) and artichokes, pretty much any veg is great for you! Avocados are really good for you. And, drink at least two quarts of cold water everyday, mixing with fresh lemon juice is a great fat burner! Even though not all that tasty, green tea, hot or cold is great for a diet too.

How to convince my parents that I'm not dieting but eating healthy ?

Hi,I used to be overweight (weighed about 160 lbs) when I was 14 my height is 5,10. I started dieting when I was 14 and a half years old because everybody at school bullied me, called me names, and obviously wanted a girlfriend . Now after dieting and fortunately reaching my goal I weigh 140 lbs with the same height. I started taking care and maintainig my weight by not eating high calorie foods,bread and fast foods. Currently I eat a lot of vegetables and fruit but my parents still think I'm dieting and tell me to stop or theyll send me to the psychologist but I'm happy the way I eat. Also my both parents are overweight and I try telling them that what they eat is unhealthy but they ignore me and since I eat a lot of fruit they think I ONLY EAT THAT ! , but I always prepare myself healthy meals according to the specific portion size which include many lean cuts of protein and vegetables. But my parents think I should eat more because they think I'm eating like a girl!.Also I work out daily and keep myself active.I eat about 2000 calories a day. So please I need to know how to convince my parents I'm not dieting any more but eating healthy.

You absolutely can not exercise too much. Actually you should be doing Pushups and crunches, BENCH PRESS and MILITARY PRESS and BAR DIPS and PULL UPS. YOU ARE NOT EATING ENOUGH. Listen, you really need to stop this foo foo exercise routine and you need to be eating much more food. YOU NEED PROTEIN. YOU DO NOT NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT, YOU NEED TO GAIN MUSCLE. Muscle weighs more than fat. You can quickly convert any fat into hard muscle by lifting weights for strength training. At your age your body is capable of producing massive amounts of testosterone that will help make you lean and muscular. Your lucky for that and you can instigate this through strength training and proper diet. You should alternate between cardio workouts and weight training. I mean if you starve yourself and burn massive calories like you are doing you will end up a skinny, 90 LB weakling and I know that is not what you are going for. You should be eating lots of lean skinless chicken breasts. stay away from bread. Eat lots of low fat cottage cheese. Drink 1% milk. Eat fruits and veggies, too. Eat 5 times a day, at the same times every day (this means eat healthy snacks so you can build muscles while speeding up your metabolism so you have lots of energy and can lift more. You should make the world your gym. Drop and to pushups several times during the day. At a minimum you should be doing at least 100 pushups per day, 200 crunches. Try benching as much weight as you can at 4 reps of ten. IMPORTANT: All of this should only be done if you are medically cleared for this type of exersize. Meaning it is a good idea to get a sports physical from a doctor and talk to him or her about your goals. Get strong, Be strong. You are not overweight, you are under-strong. You should find a workout partner so you have someone to spot you and you can push eachother. "One more man- - You got it". Don't be a puss. Feel free to grunt on that last rep, lol. Just DO IT!

Ideas on what to feed my 1 yr old for lunch?

okay so he is 14 months old. and he has a very very picky 3 year old big brother. he and his brother eat really good for me for breakfast, and he's easy to feed for dinner because he normally eats what we eat. but i normally don't sit down and eat lunch with them, my 3 year old only has certain foods that he will eat for lunch, and i don't want my 1 year old being picky like that. and i don't want to feed him the same things every single day.. so far what i do feed him is things like, halves of ham/ turkey sandwiches, he loves grilled cheeses, chicken nuggets, all sorts of vegetables but so far i am scared to feed him raw veggies as he doesn't have all of his teeth yet, he loves fruit and i try to mix that up, he loves yogurt, but he gets fruit and yogurt some times for breakfast along with his cereal or whatever..... i thought i would ask you guys about what you feed your little ones for lunch every single day? he has also gotten in to this phase where he thinks its funny to toss his food over the side of the highchair and so more is ending up in the floor and then in the trash then is ending up in his tummy.. i just want to try and fix stuff that i know he will love to eat. he's a great eater and i want to continue to build on that, but i am afraid if i feed him what the 3 year old eats all of the time he will also grow to be picky.. thanks..

Man, thats really hard to say. Arn was called the Enforcer for good reason. But Tully had some darn good matches with Magnum TA, which I feel firmly solidified his place in the Horseman. Together, they were a devastating tag team. If I truly had to pick just one, I'd have to lean towards Blanchard. Arn was probably a better wrestler, but Tully's matches with Magnum were historic, and he is one of the only men I saw who I thought could actually tag with Flair effectively. I was always a Windham fan, and thought he deserved better pushes. I was happy to see him become a Horseman, and saw it as recognition for his dedication to the sport. Mongo and Flair 2.0, aka Jeff Jarrett, were I think by far the worse.

How to make my immune system stronger?

My immune system is generally really strong. I barely ever get sick. I get mild colds in the winter (but doesnt everyone!) and i get stomach viruses like once every two or three years usually. 2 weeks ago I had a bad flu for a week, and I honestly can't ever remember having it before! kind of in the middle of the night last night I started feeling unwell, and I woke up with a bad cold, and have been feeling headachey and a bit nauseous since then. I have a slight temperature, but not that high, I just feel warm. I'm a 14 year old girl, im a vegetarian, I currently dance for about 8 hours a week and I do gymnastics and cheer for 3 or 4 hours. I honestly don't eat that many vegetables or fruits but I rarely eat junk food, and I eat lots of lentils, tofu and stir fries. I take fish oil omega vitamins but lately I've been forgetting. what can I do to improve my immune system?? how much fruit and veg should I be eating ? thanks!

I need advice on training a Tennessee walking horse.?

I work on a small private farm helping retrain three off the track thoroughbreds for their new careers as trail horses. But there is a middle aged, ten maybe fifteen year old Tennessee walking horse who's owner wants him put back into work. He is a very nervous horse, always tense around people. He leads great never pulls,backs, stands ok and is generally pretty good. He was a fun good trail horse but he developed the bad habit bucking. he started the bucking and his owner had this guy who was a total creep and bad horseman ride him and that's what probably made the problem worse. I rode him yesterday to see what/ how he would do. He stopped with gentle/barley any pressure on the reins and walked with the slightest of leg cues. They don't have a ring so i rode in a small pasture and he did great in his comfort zone by the barn but at the top of the pasture he got a bit to speedy for me.i am wondering if i should have him in a shank bit like a curb or a tom thumb, just for a little bit extra whoa because I asked for him to whoa and he kept going and went faster. I tensed and grabbed with my legs to much which sent him faster and i was still pulling back for a whoa and he got confused and tossed his head and got a bit panicky .That part was my fault but i didn't expect him to totally ignore my asking him to whoa, not that that is an excuse i wont do that again. what should i do if he panics again? asking for him to whoa makes things worse but what if i need him to stop.

Can somebody give me some advice,I feel very helpless?

Tommorow is Father Day I think,and this morning I found out that a friend of mines dad passed away in the early hours of this morning. (Its just awful because his dad was quiet young,and the disease he had unfortunately got was only properly diagnosed about three weeks ago). The friend is one of my best friends boyfriends,so that's how I know him,know him for around three years. He is one of the best people I know,and while I know that this whole situation is most definatly not about me,it deeply pisses me off that these kind of things happen to very good people. Obviously this friend is in a bad place at the moment,and I won't give him a shout or anything today,just let him be with his family and cousins and grieve without hassle from outsiders. I only ever saw his Dad twice I think,or heard him on the phone to my friend. Anyway,I guess what I'm asking for is,(I have no clue what to do) how should I be there for this friend. Obviously I will go to the funeral and pay my respects,but I feel very awkward at funerals (who doesn't),I know that sounds extremely petty,but I really have no clue when it comes to these things. The only time I ever knew someone close who passed away was a close friend of mine in my childhood. I know that my close friend who is his girlfriend will be there for him, (shes been great in throughout this whole sadness,shes definatly been his rock),and that he will know that he is not alone,but I guess I don't know what to say to the lad. Words like 'sorry for your loss' seem so..blank. Do I just say a hello and act like myself? God I'm such a toolbag,I can't believe I'm even posting this. Dog training help!!! (20 characters)?

Okay so i offered to train my friends dog, I am fairly good at dog training, (I have fully trained around 10 dogs in my life... I am only 15 and definatly not a pro) Anyway i am not the type of person to give up so i am trying EVERYTHING! Okay so lets name his problems! He is definatly a biter, he will bite you if constantly, I have tried shutting his mouth and holding it, pushing under his tongue, holding his mouth opened, snapping his leash, yelling ow, ignoring it, spraying him with water, putting bad scents and tastes on my skin, but everything i do he just come back and bites you as soon as you are done! I need help with that for sure! Also barking! he will bark none stop, they have tried a bark collar, i have tried spray bottle, leash snapping, yelling quiet, trying to distract him, cloling his mouth... nothing works with this dog! Need help with that also! He is doing pretty good with everything else, he is house trained, knows come, sit, paw... I am working on lay down, perfecting a sit, walking on a leash ect... What should i teach him next? Also every dog i have ever trained i have also trained them a bit of agility to burn energy and just for fun you know? but i have not very much expiirience with this breed, but love a challenge.. Would this breed be okay for jumping? Rotti's are pretty stalky, and he looks mostly like one maybe a bit thinner, would this hurt his joints? Also i already know about not starting them until they are 6 months, and only doing it once a week until they are 1 year. Thanks ALOT!!!

I know what the obvious awnser in this is, but please read. I'm 15, just finishing up the 9th grade and have been dating this boy for a month. He lives in the city and I get to see him once a week or so. Yesterday my school went on a trip to a massive public park, right by his house. I invited him because I really wanted him to meet my friends. Both my friends and him were friendly with each other but there was tension. My friend took me aside and said she really didn't like him, and that none of my other friends did either. I didn't want to ruin their day so I took him away and we hung alone. We did go back every hour or so and talked and such, because I also wanted to hang with my friends. At the end of the day, after he left, me friends cornered me and started bashing me, calling him the worst person they have ever met, without reasoning. Normally I would say "okay, I'll just break up with him, they see something I don't" but I really like him, and I feel like they aren't being too fair. We are really geeky where as he is an outdoors guy. If they gave reasons then I'd definatly think everything over, but they didn't. They are also very angry that I hung with him instead of them, but I did because I wanted them to have a fun day and because I never get to see him. What should I do? Just ahve 2 seperate lives? One with him and one with them and not cross them over?

To be honest, I'm 15 years old and I think this diet is crazy. You need way more than an oz of almonds for breakfast. You're not getting enough calories in which basically means you won't be able to burn much fat off. Either you'll gain most likely or loose and look sickening. Will I lose Weight by Fall?

ok, im trying to lose weight. i'm 13 and weigh 140 and i am five foot four. Im going into high school and I am looking to weigh like 125 obs. Im going to start by writing down what I eat for a few days then see what I can cut down on. I'm going to walk on the beach everyday (its like a 2 mile walk each way) I'm going to eat more whole grains and vegetables. Does this sound like it is possible to lose 15 lbs before September?

HELP!!! worried about my belly peircing :/?

It's normal, the skin between the bar on my piercing decreased a lot since I've gotten my piercing which was about 6 months ago. If the bar starts becoming visible through the skin is when you should start worrying, if it becomes bright red and the bar can be seen through the skin then it's probably rejecting and you should take it out asap to reduce scarring. But if it's not that then you're absolutely fine, piercings always migrate slightly.

well im 5'7 and weigh about 120, i really want to lose like 10 pounds worth of fat but i also want to gain some muscle so i wont be under weight. i eat around 1500 calories all very healthy, i dont eat carbs but i try to not eat that much like i stay away from white food. and then i run 6 or 5 days a week burning 400 calories but then i do 50 situps and 50 squats and 25 lunges on each leg 4 times a week. i definatly want to tone my legs because theyre really flabby. so when will i start seeing results?

Iv only slept with 3 guys but all were relationships and were with each for long term time frames and have always been shy in bed.
