How could i play with metallica?

I've always wanted to play The four horsemen with my favorite band of all time. I play drums, and i'm quite experienced, about 3-4 years. but how could it ever happen? are they just too good for a fans 10 minutes? is it a pipe dream? Is it because im 15 years old? Because I figured that wouldn't matter...
