I agree with Kostas find a program liker Dreamweaver. It will make writing code a lot easier. Personally I think the first place to start would be with sketching out an idea of what you want it to look like. This will help you decide exactly what will go where when writing the web site code. If you already know how to write code, good. It’s important to learn to write code before you start messing with the interfaces, otherwise you’re never going to learn it properly.
