I used to have better posture and more energy?

My posture has gotten worse amd I am fatigued a lot of the time. I try to exercise daily and I get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. I am starting to take one a day teen vitamins. I eat pretty well: vegetables protein fruit grains. Should I try to sleep more? Get more exercise? Please help.
