I need some help getting back in to shape!?

Go on a 40minute speed walk every night or a jog 4 days out of a week. Its really good for the lungs an heart. I go walking every night with my sister even if we had a fight or don't feel like it, we both just listen to iPods on the walk. It really makes you feel good and less slugish about 5 minutes into it:)
