Carpets in car are wet! How to get rid of the water?

I own a Pontiac G6 2005. Yesterday when i went outside to go to work my passenger side was flooded. My drain tube from my sunroof was disconnected so i reconnected it and everything seemed to be fine. I steam cleaned my carpet to get the extra water out and let it sit with the windows open and it appeared to be dry. I went out this morning and it is still wet. Not soaken but there is definatly still water in my carpet. Could there still be water under the carpet? Im hoping there isnt another leak but i wont know unil i can get my carpet completly dry! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!
