well im 5'7 and weigh about 120, i really want to lose like 10 pounds worth of fat but i also want to gain some muscle so i wont be under weight. i eat around 1500 calories all very healthy, i dont eat carbs but i try to not eat that much like i stay away from white food. and then i run 6 or 5 days a week burning 400 calories but then i do 50 situps and 50 squats and 25 lunges on each leg 4 times a week. i definatly want to tone my legs because theyre really flabby. so when will i start seeing results?
