I think I may have a serious problem (down there...)?

I shaved my pubic hair recently and i saw that there was (what looks like) acne. i hAve acne on my face, neck and used to on my back and shoulders... it is only where the hair was and i am kinda freaked because my thinking is OMG!!! DO I HAVE AN STD!?!?!?!?!? but that is unlikely... but definatly not impossible. I am being serious so please no name calling...
