What am I supposed to say, do, and think?

Okay, so the guy I was talking about (Joe) in the first question is really a dick and while he was talking to me, he liked my best friend too!!! Or apparently he is switching between me and her! She is like a REALLY close friend and we tell each other everything, but I read through her and Joe's texts (don't ask) and they were completely flirting. She said she doesn't like him and I believe her, so that's not a problem, but he really acted like he liked me and I definatly fell for him. There are plenty of other guys that I could date now, but I chose him! Does he know how much he means to me?? Apparently not. My ex-boyfriend (Drew)...wow, me and him used to be REALLY close and REALLY funny together (in a good way) and i broke it off in January and now he doesn't even want to talk to me anymore! I've told him that i still love him and all and he really won't talk to me!!! I don't know why!?! I just don't know. I need somebody to tell me what to think about Joe and what tosay to Drew...and which way should my life be heading right now):
