Probably not since you have kidney disease because depending on what kind of kidney disease you have it could be transferred to him. Also you have to be 18 or 21 to be a living organ donor. That's great that you want to help and if you can't help by donating you could still help him by spending time and playing games with him so he don't get lonely in the hospital.
